Are ‘Divorce Starts’ the New Leading Indicator for the Housing Market?

Heather Hendrickson, an attractive 41-year-old mother of two, got divorced, declared bankruptcy and saw the foreclosure process start on her home — all within the last year.

Lido Key Real Estate – June 2011 Update

I took the picture above while anchored at the north end of Lido Key. Anchoring your boat is allowed on the north end of Lido Key. It is a fabulous spot to bring the family for swimming, shelling or just plain relaxing. The azure waters are crystal clear and the sand is sugary white and smooth.

Eurozone Consumer Confidence Falls For First Time In 3 Months
Written by Jessica Clark on July 19, 2011 – 1:01 pm– Eurozone consumer confidence declined more than expected in July, after rising in the previous two months, preliminary data released by the European Commission showed on Wednesday.
The flash consumer confidence index dropped to -11.4 from a revised -10.3 in June. Economists had expected the index to fall to -10.2 from June’s original reading of -9.8. The latest score is also the lowest since April’s -11.6.
The consumer confidence index for the EU decreased for the second month running in July. The index score fell to -12.5 from -11.5.
The final data will be published along with the economic sentiment survey results on July 28.
