La Zagaleta Property Just Listed
Written by Jessica Clark on July 17, 2011 – 6:38 pm
Another villa has been added to our portfolio of properties within the La Zagaleta estate. The owner is motivated to sell in a timely fashion, so despite a valuation done some years ago that came in at over €4,000,000, the vendor will accept offers around €2,800,000. Debt Burden- Millstone Around Economy’s Neck
Written by Jessica Clark on July 17, 2011 – 8:16 am– The past week saw panic in the financial markets from the double whammy of the sovereign debt crisis plaguing the euro zone nations and the political stalemate over the U.S. debt ceiling. The euro zone debt crisis has claimed the scalps of Greece, Ireland and Portugal, which were forced to avail financing from the troika. The situation in Greece was so worse that the country could not set its fiscal house in order with the first round of financing and is knocking at the doors for further assistance.
A failure to reach a deal on releasing the second round of financing to Greece could spell disaster for the Mediterranean nation.
