New Bend MLS search
Written by Jessica Clark on July 17, 2011 – 12:48 amBend MLS Search
I’ve just added a new Bend MLS search to my site. Now you can search by area, subdivision, zip code, MLS number, school boundaries, map, and more. The new MLS search is super easy to use, and features a great layout. Best of all, clients who register will be able to save their favorite listings, save their searches, and have the option of receiving new listings as they come on the market matching their search criteria. Check out the new Bend MLS search.
Thanks to REW for building the custom IDX for the site. I’m still working on a few additional customizations. So keep coming back.

Written by Jessica Clark on July 16, 2011 – 9:39 pmThe Brunswick Maine residential housing markets saw a decrease in transaction volume compared to the second quarter of 2010, in the second quarter of 2011. This 34% year over year decrease in sales volume is largely attributed to the success of last year’s tax credit program, which inflated last year’s sales volumes. The Brunswick median home prices this quarter was 209K down from 216K in 2010 by 3%. Overall the market remains fairly stable with transaction volumes similar to those in 2009.
This summer Music on the Mall concert events will be held by the Brunswick Downtown Association on Wednesday nights – listen to musicians and have a picnic. Vis
