Caxton FX prepaid cards ‘help travellers to save money’

Those who are considering travelling abroad to destinations such as the US and Europe could find themselves with more holiday spending money if they use a prepaid currency card from Caxton FX.

One way in which they could save money is ATM transactions. There is no charge for overseas ATM withdrawals with the Caxton FX currency card.

This means that travellers do not have to pay to gain access to their own money.

Users of other types of credit cards may find they are charged between £1 and £1.75 for using their card for ATM transactions abroad. If several transactions are made, this could amount to a tidy sum.

Buying currency last minute at the airport can often work out much more expensive than using a prepaid Caxton FX currency card, due to poor exchange rates.

Some bureaux de change can appear to be offering a good currency conversion deal because they state they charge no commission, but often they are still charging a high price through high exchange rates.
